Tectrade has developed a range of Monitored, Managed and Support services to help customers in the key areas of backup and SAN operations.
Tectrade utilises an InfraEnterprise ITIL ServiceDesk with a centralised configuration management database (CMDB) to hold information about all the products that Tectrade support. Tectrade uses 'incident, problem and known issue' management to deal with all incidents raised on the ServiceDesk.

Our backup services are based around Tivoli Storage Manager (TSM) software.

Our monitored services are underpinned by industry leading software management tools that can either be purchased as a service or purchased and run in-house.
